It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
That I am just fleeting dust
And in Jesus should I fully trust

That life's more valuable than food
And body more than all its hood

The blessings I took forgranted
And thank God for all that He granted

A pause to ponder
His everyday grace, I need to thrive
For by own strength, no one will survive

A pause to ponder
One day at a time, that's the way to live
Count on eternity and throw away the jive

Many of my altars, ruined and broken
Yet God can alter any heart broken

A pause to ponder
Am I ready to meet the Bridegroom
Oh my life does need much of a groom!

Can by faith I walk and not by what I see
Is my faith only a talk, God let it never be!

A pause to ponder
God had been good, He carried me this far
And I will see that He is good now and ever!
