BEHOLD, BUT BEHOLD...

1. Behold the Baby in the manger,

Swaddled in a rugged cloth,

Smiling at the shining star,

And the shepherds bowing over.

Behold, but behold,

Knowing well and calling on Him

As the One who made the stars within His frame

And formed your frame within the womb.

Because, if you don't, it's just another worthless act,

And how will you ever have the Life within you,

If you just see Jesus, but never believe Him?

2. Behold the young Man among the crowds,

Walking through the rugged roads,

Taking no heed of His needs,

Healing with compassion and love.

Behold, but behold,

Knowing well and calling on Him

As the One who came from heav'n to quench your thirst

And bear away your earthly cares.

Because, if you don't, it's just another worthless act,

And how will you ever know the Truth that sets free,

If you just see Jesus, but never believe Him?

3. Behold the Man wounded and bruised,

Dying on the rugged cross,

Yet looking with forgiveness,

Upon His taunters and on you.

Behold, but behold,

Knowing well and calling on Him

As the Lamb of God dying instead of you

Bearing on Him, your sin's wages.

Because, if you don't, it's just another worthless act,

And how will you ever take the Way to heaven,

If you just see Jesus, but never believe Him?

4. Behold the King in heav'n so glorious,

Hands still holding scars of nails,

As the marks of love for them,

Who choose to look to Him in faith.

Behold, but behold,

Knowing well and calling on Him

As the One who'll come again to take His own

And reign on earth as King o'er all.

Because, if you don't, it's just another worthless act,

And how will you ever be one of the Redeemed,

If you just see Jesus, but never believe Him?

Trust Me, will you?

 Trust Me, will you?

He asked me," Will these dry bones live?"

I said,"O Lord God, You alone know"

And I saw, with flesh, skin and breath,

Yes, they got on their feet alive.

He asked me,"Will they see a little one?"

I said, "O Lord God, You alone know"

And I heard, "It's the sixth month for her who's called barren"

"Her waiting on the Lord was never in vain".

He asked me, "Can they be cured ever?"

I said, "O Lord God, You alone know"

And I saw the blind see, the lame walk and the deaf hear,

Praising the Lord for their whole, new sphere.

He asked me, "Can he have life again?"

I said, "O Lord God, You alone know"

And I saw the one who's once declared dead,

Now dining at the table by His side.

Then He asked me, "Trust Me, will you?

In your 'not- possible's and all of life's little nuances,

That when we walk together, I can show you wonders,

I've had a plan when I made you a being

I chose You even before you knew Me

I loved you before you did and still do

So, My child, trust Me, will you?"

Selah : On the onset of corona

Selah

It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
That I am just fleeting dust
And in Jesus should I fully trust

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
That life's more valuable than food
And body more than all its hood

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
The blessings I took forgranted
And thank God for all that He granted

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
His everyday grace, I need to thrive
For by own strength, no one will survive

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
One day at a time, that's the way to live
Count on eternity and throw away the jive

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
Many of my altars, ruined and broken
Yet God can alter any heart broken

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
Am I ready to meet the Bridegroom
Oh my life does need much of a groom!

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
Can by faith I walk and not by what I see
Is my faith only a talk, God let it never be!

Selah
It's a Selah
A pause to ponder
God had been good, He carried me this far
And I will see that He is good now and ever!

I'M FEEBLE...

I'M FEEBLE

You told me to walk by faith, not by sight
And I thought I had the strongest faith
The faith that can move any mountain from my way
But where's that faith, that simple faith
That fetches an umbrella 'fore praying for rains
In the midst of a serious drought around?
And where's that faith, that logic less faith
That's ready to kill my only child
Got to me when I'm hundred years old
Looking at Your promise of an endless Seed?

You told me to keep my trust, always on You
And I thought I had the greatest trust
The trust that won't waver whatever befalls
But where's that trust, that complete trust
That walks into a giant with a sling and stones
Looking at Your promise of  a far away throne?
And where's that trust,  that innocent trust
That gives hand to my dad without any thought
To walk on a rope over roaring falls
'Cause if he dares for it, he'll keep me safe

You told me to love You and all around
And I thought I had the perfect love
The love that won't stumble whatever changes
But where's that love, that self less love
That stays back in the place where my spouse and sons
Were burned to death for their love towards You?
And where's that love, that undemanding love
That looks at the bodies of my ten lovely kids
And says to You that even if You slay me down
I will live for You all the more?

Jesus, Lord, I confess "I'm feeble"
I am the weakest of all weaklings
I seek Your face I need Your grace
To have a humble heart in me,
To have faith in You, simple and pure
To keep trust on You, complete and real
And to love You as You loved me...
